I shop regularly on Hebe app, but could be better, sometimes slow, loading for a long time during checkout, showing some errors when trying to see saved items/cart. But never had a problem with delivery, and they always have some promotions.

App asks for marketing permissions and T&C acceptance on every launch. In-store purchases do not show in history, only online orders. Search is terrible, products may not be listed in search results if you don't enter product's name in a specific way etc. Online ordering works, but that alone is not sufficient for a positive review.

Horrible online shopping. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Package got lost. I contacted support after few days of ordering and still no response. No refund. This is unacceptable. Nobody's responding. Don't recommend. Almost one month passed.
